What data we process

Only the data you provide in the contact form: your name, restaurant or business, email or phone number and the content of your message.

If you contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram, we will process the data included in that conversation.

If you accept analytics cookies, browsing data such as the pages you visit, your type of device or your approximate location, to produce statistics on how the website is used.

What we use it for

To reply to your enquiry and, if you request it, to prepare a quote and manage the possible hiring of our services. We do not use your data to send you advertising and we do not make automated decisions.

Legal basis

Processing is based on the consent you give when you send us your message (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and on taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, such as preparing a quote (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). Usage statistics are based on your consent when you accept analytics cookies, which you can withdraw at any time.

How long we keep it

For as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry and for a maximum of twelve months if no service is hired. If you hire us, we will keep it for the duration of the business relationship and for the periods required by law.

Who else can access it

We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. To run the website we use providers that process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (website hosting), Resend (delivery of contact form messages by email) and Google (usage statistics with Google Analytics, only if you accept cookies).

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, in the United States. In that case they do so with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to [pending].

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
